Enrichment Returns

Blue Ridge Academy Return Instructions

 

Enrolled families have the option of requesting shipping label charges to be deducted from their Procurify account, or dropping off their returns at either library location. If families choose to drop off returns at one of our locations, please make sure to check our "Events Calendar" for updated times and dates before making your trip. The times and hours for each location are subject to change.

Please see our shipping charge rate guide attached. Shipping charges range from $16.00 - $35.00 depending on the size and weight of the box being shipped. We are charged the price based on weight or box size. IE: a lightweight item in a large box will be charged a higher price for the oversized box versus the weight of the item. Conversely, a heavy item in a small box will be charged based on weight. 

Alternatively, a family may ship materials back on their own and not use enrichment funds.

1. If you want to use enrichment funds for the return please estimate the shipping charges based on the weight and size of the box being used. 

2. After you have calculated your shipping charges. Open Procurify, and go to Product Catalog. Select, Lending Library Shipping Charges. Note  that $35.00 is in as a default amount you may edit this amount as appropriate for your charges in accordance with our listed pricing  guidelines. 

3. Once we receive your request we will approve the charges in Procurify and email you the shipping label(s). Please tell us in the email how many labels you are requesting and the dollar amount for each label if they are not all the same amount. 

With either method of shipping, we will need you to include in the box/boxes: 

1. A copy of your student's inventory list (should be available from your HST) 
2. A copy of the Blue Ridge All Return Form is attached as a PDF and found in the link below. 

Both the inventory list and return form need to be completed one for each student. Please do not put multiple students/siblings on the same form. 
Please also remember to note the condition of the item on the form.

Please use this return form when you return any enrichment returns. 
If you are adding tech items to your enrichment returns, please add them on this form as well.  

  • If you are ONLY returning library items, you will not need to fill out
    a return form. We will be able to scan those in using the barcode.
     
  • If you are ONLY returning tech items, we ask that you please reach out to the tech team to return items directly to them by emailing helpdesk@theblueridgeacademy.com
     
  • If you are returning SPED items, we ask that you please reach out directly to the SPED department.
